After receiving a staggering number of reviews it is time to close one of my favorite contests we’ve ever run. I have to start by saying thank you to everyone that participated, every review, every star, every comment, no matter how good or bad, helps us improve our company and the products we can offer everyone.

All reviews, good or bad, were included in the contest, but I wanted to make a special note to tell you what we do with reviews below our expectations. These reviews are immediately sent to our QA manager Jason VanGorden, who begins to check on any complaints or issues that have been brought up regarding the parts we sell.

I’ve seen the process that he goes through, and you should believe me when I tell you it’s extensive, and taken incredibly seriously. I’m not kidding, he has no sense of humor. Nevertheless, my point is thank you, for all feedback, recommendations and criticism. We need your help to make ourselves and the community better, and you’ve all come through amazingly.
